1. Acceptance and Electronic Consent

By creating an account, using philippinebarreviewer.com, or confirming Premium checkout, you agree to these Terms of Service, version 2026-04. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. AI-Generated Study Content

Except where a page clearly identifies an official legal source, a user submission, or another third-party source, the educational material delivered through SAT Review is purely AI-generated. This includes flashcard grading, mock bar feedback, sample answers, outlines, summaries, issue-spotting hints, analytics narratives, and study suggestions.

3. User Acknowledgement of AI Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that AI systems can make mistakes, hallucinate authorities or citations, omit relevant law, misread facts, produce biased or inconsistent answers, and generate incomplete, outdated, or wrong content. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all AI output before relying on it for study, submissions, academic work, legal decision-making, or professional use.

4. Educational Use Only; No Legal Advice

SAT Review is an educational review platform. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinion letters, or an attorney-client relationship. Nothing on the platform is a substitute for consulting official legal authorities, professors, mentors, or licensed counsel where appropriate.

5. Eligibility, Accounts, and Security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share accounts, impersonate others, create misleading accounts, or attempt to bypass plan limits, checkout controls, promotional rules, or platform safeguards.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping or harvesting content at scale, reverse engineering protected features, probing security controls, automating abusive access, uploading unlawful or infringing material, interfering with other users, or using the platform for deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. AI Output, Ownership, and Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive intellectual property rights in AI-generated output delivered to you through the service solely because the output was generated by the platform. However, the website, software, prompts, workflows, site design, branding, databases, compilations, and any human-authored or licensed materials remain owned by or licensed to SAT Review.

You are responsible for how you use, share, edit, publish, or rely on AI-generated output. Because AI output may resemble public material or third-party works, you must not assume any output is non-infringing, unique, complete, or suitable for any purpose without your own review.

8. Premium Access, Checkout, Promotional Terms, and Fair Use

Premium access is a time-limited digital subscription that may unlock additional study features. Unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise, Premium is not granted until checkout is validly completed or confirmed. Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors, and their separate terms or privacy notices may also apply.

Premium access is provided on a fair-use basis and covers only the ordinary, reasonable use of a single natural person through the platform's intended user interface. Unless SAT Review expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, a subscription does not permit and may not be used for automated, programmatic, scripted, robotic, agentic, autonomous, headless, or other non-human access to or use of the service, whether direct or indirect.

This restriction includes, without limitation, use through bots, browser automation, API workarounds, batch-processing tools, monitoring scripts, or similar systems to submit prompts, retrieve outputs, observe pages, or otherwise consume the service beyond the level reasonably expected from an individual human user. If usage materially exceeds reasonable individual human use, creates disproportionate technical load, circumvents plan limits or product design, or suggests shared, resale, or machine-consumption use, SAT Review may throttle, suspend, or terminate access, deny renewal, or require migration to a separately authorized offering, without limiting any other rights or remedies under these terms or applicable law.

9. Personal Information and Service Communications

You authorize SAT Review to process the account, usage, device, and transaction-related data reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the platform, and to send transactional notices such as account alerts, checkout confirmations, subscription expiry messages, and legal or operational updates. Personal information will be handled subject to applicable Philippine data privacy law and operational security requirements.

10. Availability, No Warranty, and No Guaranteed Results

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SAT Review does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, data preservation, specific study outcomes, or passing any examination. Features, content, pricing, AI behavior, availability, and access rules may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, SAT Review will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, lost study time, exam failure, or reliance on site content. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAT Review from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Suspension, Termination, and Changes

SAT Review may suspend, limit, or terminate access for breach, abuse, security risk, legal compliance needs, or operational reasons. Updated terms may be posted on the site, and continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of the Philippines at the operator's principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
